Where can I find the reports?

Reports can be found under the Reports tab in the Agendrix navigator on the left side of the screen.

You will find Employee scheduling reports based on scheduled hours and Attendance, reports based on actual time entries, if you have the ''Time and Attendance'' add-on.

Note that all the reports can be exported with personalized dates, specific positions or locations with some extra options.

Which reports can I export under the ''Attendance'' section?

A) Labor cost

The hours and cost report exports the total scheduled and clocked hours per employee. If you want costs to be displayed, hourly rates have to be added to the employee profile.

B) Resources - Job sites

**Only available if you have the Ressources module activated

The job site report generates the number of hours clocked per selected job site. Mainly used the the construction industry, this report is ideal to know the number of hours that have to be billed to a client

Tip : You can export grouped by employee in the options before exporting (by default it is grouped by resource).

C) Absenteeism

This report generates a report with the percentage of absenteeism. There is also an option to get a list of all time entries where the employee came up late.

D) Time banks

You can export the current amount of hours in their recuperation banks or their time off banks!

For more information on recuperation banks, click here.

For more information on time off banks, click here.

E) Time entries

This report generates a list of all time entries done by employees for the selected date.

Note: It is recommended to use the extra option of grouping by employee for a nicer vision!

F) Clock logs

This report generates a list of all clock attempts for a given period of time.
