What Reports Can I Export? (Time and Attendance add-on)

What information can I export from Agendrix?

This article will tell you which reports you can export using the Time and Attendance add-on and how to find them.


1) Where can I find the reports?

Reports can be found under the Reports tab in the Agendrix menu on the left.

You will find Employee scheduling reports based on scheduled hours and Attendance, reports based on actual time entries, if you have the "0Time and Attendance" add-on.

Note that all the reports can be exported with personalized dates, specific positions or locations with extra options


2) Which reports can I export under the "Attendance" section?

2.1) Labor cost

Typically used in the catering industry, this report exports the percentage of planned labour costs based on estimated revenues.

2.2 Resources - Job sites (Resources add-on must be activated)

The job site report generates the number of hours clocked per selected job sites. Mainly used the the construction industry, this report is ideal to know the number of hours that have to be billed to a client

You can export grouped by employee in the options before exporting (by default it is grouped by resource).

2.3 Absenteeism

This report generates a report with the percentage of absenteeism. There is also an option to get a list of all time entries of when the employee was late to work.


2.4 Time banks

You can export the current amount of hours in their recuperation banks or their time off banks!

2.5 Time entries

This report generates a list of all time entries done by employees for the selected date.

Note: We advise you to use the Group by employee option for a better view!

2.6 Clock logs

This report generates a list of all clock attempts for a given period of time.
