How to manage the availability changes suggested by your employees

You must have a supervisor, manager or admin role in order to have access to this feature on the mobile app.

The procedure goes as follows:

  1. Go on the mobile app

  2. Choose the "Request" menu

  3. Press on "Availabilities"

  4. Select the availability request you wish to manage

  5. Consult its informations and suggested changes

  6. Approve
