A) What is a Partial Hiring and its Use?

A partial hire corresponds to the creation of an employee in Employeur D, but only in part, which will allow you to finalize their file later. His/her schedule will then be accessible in Agendrix, even if you don't have all the information related to his/her payroll file yet. In other words, it's a question of administrative efficiency!

B) What Information can be Filed in Advance?

  1. First and last names (required fields)

  2. Birth date

  3. Email address

  4. Street address

  5. Phone number

  6. Date of hire

Once the employee has been created in Agendrix, these will all be transferred to Employeur D to avoid you having to file them again.

C) How to Proceed

If the API sync is already in place, you can simply create a new employee in Agendrix. At the time of creation, you will have to make sure that the following parameter is checked:

Otherwise, here's how to activate the API integration.

D) How to Complete my Employee's File Once I Have all their Information

Employeur D unfortunately does not send a notification to advise you that a partial hire is available in your account, so to finalize the hire, go to the "Employee file" menu, then to "Hire" and finally " Partial hire” (terms could be slightly different). All the employees for whom you can finalize the hiring will be provided in a list.
