Deletion of archived data

Your control over your data is important to us. That's why you can now determine how long Agendrix retains archived data that you cannot directly delete throughout the application.

The data concerned are those relating to:

  • Users (employees, supervisors, managers, administrators)

  • Resources

For the moment, the data concerned does not include positions and leave types. This limitation may change in the future.

How does it work?

You can define the number of years for which the data you archive will be kept in Agendrix.

Depending on your needs, you can select a retention period of 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 years. Once this retention period has been reached, the data you have archived will be permanently deleted.

Here's how to do so:

1- Go under the “Settings” tab in the main menu

2- Click on ''Data and security''

3- Under the “Retention of archived data” section, select the desired retention period using the drop-down menu

Users

Users who have been archived for longer than the defined retention period will be completely deleted from your organization.

All data directly linked to these users will also be permanently deleted, including their:

  • Work shifts

  • Work shifts

  • Timesheets and time entries

  • Availability

  • Clock logs

  • Time banks

  • Time off requests

  • Shift exchange requests

  • Survey responses

  • Report data

Note that items created by the users concerned and which are still relevant at the time of deletion will be retained.

In the case of a user with management access, these may include:

  • Shifts

  • Time entries

  • Banked time transactions

  • Log entries

  • News feed publications

  • Surveys

  • Comments

  • Fixed terminals

  • Messenger conversations

Resources

Resources that have been archived for longer than the defined retention period will be completely deleted from your organization, including any comments made on them.

Time entries, shifts, and clock logs linked to these resources will be retained, but will no longer be associated with them.
