Plus plan users can activate integration with RPA360 to send certain information from Agendrix employee files to RPA360.
When an employee is created in Agendrix, he/she will then be created in RPA360.
Changes to certain employee file information made in Agendrix will also be reflected in RPA360.
1-Transferred data
The following information will be sent from Agendrix to RPA360:
- employee first and last name
- employee number
- street address (number, street, apt, city, province, postal code)
- telephone numbers
- e-mail address
- date of hire
- date of birth
An automatic sync of information from Agendrix to RPA360 takes place every 8 hours.
2-Limitations
Here are the limitations of the integration:
Automatic creation of the file in RPA360 does not give the employee access rights to the RPA360 solution. The solution administrator will have to provide the required access and complete the employee file.
Data from Agendrix is read-only in RPA360.
Adding a stakeholder is not possible in RPA360. You must add the stakeholder in Agendrix.
It is possible to force a synchronization in RPA360
3-Activate integration
To activate integration, first ensure that the Plus plan is activated under the “Billing” tab.
Then contact RPA360 at 418-609-1456 . They will ensure that the technical team is available to activate the integration.
Once you've received approval from RPA360, paste this link in the search bar of your web browser. You'll be redirected to the Agendrix login page, where you'll be asked to authenticate yourself.
An authorization window will appear, asking you to authorize RPA360 to access your Agendrix data.
When you click on the “Authorize” button, an authorization code will be displayed on the screen. Send this code to [email protected].
❗️Note that this code is only valid for a period of 10 minutes.
