What to do after reactivating a suspended account

Procedure to follow when a suspended account is reactivated, following unsubscription or payment failure.

Your Agendrix account has been suspended and reactivated, but your employees still don't have access? Here's how to get them back online.


Reinvite employees

When an organization's account is suspended, all users are disconnected and lose access. Once the account has been reactivated, you'll need to re-invite employees to restore their access. Here's how to do it:

1- Go to the “HR” section

2- “Employees” sub-section

3- “Invitations”

4- Click on “Invite all employees”.

If you don't want to invite all the employees listed in the “Invitations” section, you can select specific users using the bulk action.

Where is everyone?

Following a suspension, if your employees receive the error message “Where is everyone?” when attempting to log in, it's because you haven't invited them back yet. Go to “ HR” - “Invitations” and follow the steps outlined above.
