The signature request function via shared documents allows you to create signature requests for documents from the team library. It also allows you to attach documents to be signed to onboarding processes.
Shared documents
1- Click on “Documents"
2- Go to the “Shared Documents” subsection
3- Click on the 3 “...” at the end of the desired document
4- Click on “Get signatures”
You can add a reason for the request, if you wish, and confirm the submission by clicking on the pink “Confirm” button.
Please note that the recipients of the request are based on the selected audience, and you can modify this if necessary via the “...”
