How to remove an employee from Agendrix?

How to archive or remove an employee from your Agendrix account.

If one of your employees leaves temporarily or permanently, you can archive their profile.


How to archive an employee?

To archive an employee, you must :

  1. Go under the "HR" tab

  2. Choose "Employees"

  3. Find the employee in the list and click on the 3 dots to the right of his name

  4. Click on "Archive"


Now or later?

You will then be prompted to decide if you want to archive the employee immediately or at a future date. This could be useful if the employee have given you a notice!

Note : The moment an employee is archived, they lose all access to your Agendrix organization. They will be removed from billing and all of their future recurring shifts will be cancelled. Their past historic will still be accessible directly in the schedule or via exports.

IMPORTANT

When you will select "archive now", you'll have the option to delete All FUTURE shifts, convert non-recurring shifts to open shifts or transfer shifts to a selected employee.

Please note that recurring shifts cannot be transferred to another employee and will be deleted.

You can also choose to reset their time banks (if applicable).

You can always reactivate employees after they have been archived. Here's how to do it!
