This article explains how to fix this.
1- Time zone difference
Most of the time, if your employee doesn't see the same hours as you on their schedule, it's because their time zone isn't the same as the organization's.
This can happen if the employee hasn't selected the right time zone for the web version, or if their phone's time zone is different; often when the employee is traveling.
1.1 Changing the time zone on the mobile application
On the mobile application, the phone's time zone will be used, so make sure it's the right one in the phone settings.
It can happen that an employee is traveling and notices that his schedule is different.
This happens because their phone automatically adjusts to the time zone of the place they're in, and their Agendrix schedule adjusts accordingly.
Everything will return to normal when they return home, but if necessary you can tell them to change the time zone in their phone's settings.
1.2 Changing the time zone on the web
Employees can change the time zone of their account by accessing their profile.
To do so the employee must:
Click on their photo or initials in the top right corner
Click on "My profile"
Choose the right time zone
Click on "Save"
2- Unpublished changes
Another thing that could explain why your employee doesn't see the same schedule as you is that the changes haven't been published
Go to the "Schedule" tab
Validate the employee's shift status (if there is a pencil in the top right corner of the shift, it means it's in draft mode)
Click on the "Publish" button
