Your employees can see their coworkers' schedules, and you don't understand why? Here's an article that can help you figure it out!
1- Permission enabled in profile
It is highly likely that the permission “Can view the full schedule of their coworkers” is enabled in the employee's individual profile. Here's how to find and change it.
1- Click on the “HR” tab
2- Select the employee
3- Go to the “Roles and positions” subsection
4- Enable or disable the statement via “Permissions.” It is also possible to choose a restriction if necessary.
2- Authorized substitutions
Another possible reason could be that you have enabled the option to swap shifts and offer shifts. You can check whether this option is enabled and disable it if necessary.
1- Click on the “Settings” tab
2- “Scheduling”
3- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to “Shift transfer requests”
3- Visibility of colleagues working during the same period
If, despite removing the permission, your employee can still see who is working at the same time as them, check whether the following setting is enabled or disabled.
1- Click on the “Settings” tab
2- “Permission management” section
3- Check whether the following setting is checked “Display coworkers working during the same period in shifts”
