You've received a notification that your employer has sent you a request for a document?
This article explains how to send the document.
1- How to respond to a document request :
To send a document in response to a request from your employer:
1. Open your application and click on “Document to send” on the home page.
*N.B. It is also possible to click directly on the notification bell to access the request via the notification received.
2. A window will appear and you will be able to see the details of the request.
3. Click on “Select a document“.
4. Select the document and click on “Submit”.
5. A success message will appear on the screen, indicating that the document has been successfully submitted.
2- I can't find the document request
If you have not yet filled in the onboarding form, you will first need to complete it before you can respond to a document request.
To complete it, click on “Start your Onboarding”. You will have the opportunity to respond to the document request when completing the welcome form.
Once this has been done, a section called “Document to be sent” will be added.
