IMPORTANT: You must have administrator access to activate the integration.
It is possible to activate the integration autonomously in your Agendrix account. Find here the steps:
Go under the "Settings" tab
Click on "Integrations"
Choose BeLocum
Click on "Activate"
Click on "Connect to BeLocum"
You will be prompted to chose your province and enter your credentials. The integration is now activated!
It is now time to set it up. Directly in Agendrix, under Integrations -> BeLocum, you can choose which pharmacies are associated to which Agendrix locations. Once this is done, you can start creating special open shifts in Agendrix which will be automatically sent in BeLocum to request replacements.
Associating locations
Directly in Agendrix under Integrations ➡️ BeLocum you can link your branches between Agendrix and BeLocum.
Once you've saved, the integration is ready for use.
