What Does the Sync Accomplish?
The API integration between Agendrix and Nethris is a sync that can be bidirectional from Nethris to Agendrix and vice versa.
This sync allows you to automatically generate users from your Nethris account to your Agendrix account, saving time when importing a pay period, or to use partial hiring to synchronize in the opposite direction.
The sync is automatically done everyday at midnight but can be manually triggered at any moment if necessary.
One-way sync
1) What Data is Synchronized?
As of today, the employees data that is synchronized is as follows:
First name
Last name
Identification number (employee number in Agendrix)
PIN (same as ID number)
Email address (professional email in Nethris)
Birth date
Hire date
Full Adress
Phone number(s)
Balance in vacation banks
N.B.: It is possible to sync hourly rates on demand.
2) Importing the Pay Period
The API configuration allows the payroll files to be deposited directly in Nethris instead of proceeding by export/import. One less step!
To proceed :
Go to Nethris, under the “Payroll” menu;
Click on “Import transactions”;
Choose the right file from the drop-down menu (instead of searching for local file in your computer).
Bidirectional sync - Partial Hire
The API integration also allows partial hires to be created in Nethris from Agendrix (rather than the other way around).
