How to reactivate your seasonal account

At the end of the season, you deactivated your Agendrix subscription and are now ready to reactivate it?

Just follow this short guide to get your Agendrix account up and running again.


1- Reactivate subscription

First log in with your administrator account (this must be done by the administrator who deactivated the subscription) by visiting app.agendrix.com.

Go to the "Pricing" tab in the main menu on the left.

Then click on "Upgrade Plan" under the desired plan.

Validate the billing and payment information and click on "Confirm".

Don't forget to reactivate the add-ons by clicking on "Upgrade your plan" under each add-on you need.


2- Verify your account settings

Once you've reactivated your subscription, you may want to validate certain settings to ensure that everything is in order for your employees' return!


3- Invite your employees

Once you've reactivated your subscription, you'll need to restart the invitations so that your employees can log in again.

To do this, simply follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "HR" menu;

  2. Click on the "Employees" sub-menu;

  3. Click on "Invitations";

  4. Click on "Invite all employees".

Your employees can simply log in with the same e-mail address and password.
