Are you assigned to a workplace and would like to know where to go? The article below will show you how to find the address of the resource or location you're looking for.

To direct you to the right place on a shift, here's how to tell the difference between a location and a resource.

Location: A location is generally the company's main location. It is also possible for a single company to have several locations (e.g. Laval, Montreal, etc.).

Resource: A resource is defined as a specific workplace. It may be the address of a customer you have to visit, or a construction site, etc., depending on your field of employment.

* If a resource is indicated on your shift, it's likely that you'll have to go directly to it without going through the location. In doubt, you can confirm with your manager using the Messenger tool.

Here's how to find your assigned workplace, whether on the web platform or the mobile application.

To find your assigned workplace on the web platform, follow these steps:

1- Click on the scheduled shift

2- Check the location address (if there is no resource)

3- Check the address of the resource, if there is one, by clicking on it.

To find your assigned workplace on the mobile application, you must:

1- Click on the “Schedule” tab

2- Make sure you're in the “Me” sub-section

3- Click on the shift in question

4- You'll find the address of the location to which you're directed

5- If a resource is assigned, click on “Resources” and you'll see an address appear.

You can also find the address of one of your resources (workplaces) by going directly to the “Resources” tab.

To find the address of your resource (workplace) via the tab of the same name on the web platform;

1- Click on the “Resources” tab

2- Identify the resource you are looking for, and the linked address will be at the end of the line.

To find the address of your resource (workplace) via the tab of the same name on the mobile application;

1- From the menu, click on “Resources”.

2- Identify the desired resource

3- Click on it to find the address and location on the map
