Creating a Shift Premium is possible for Administrators only. Once created, you will be able to automate their computation and export reports to help process payroll.
You need to have the Premiums module activated in your subscription.
To create a Shift Premium, here is the procedure to follow:
Before you create a Shift Premium, we strongly recommend reading 6 Things to Know About Premiums
Go to the "Settings" menu
"Premiums" tab
Create a Premium
Choose between an Automatic or Spontaneous premium
Define the parameters
Name it and save
Once the Shift Premium is created, its computation will be automated if it is an automatic premium. If it is a spontaneous premium, then you will be able to add it manually following this procedure
There is also a Premiums log that you can use to see any changes to your premiums; including new premiums created, deleted ones and modifications to existing premiums.
