It can happen that one or more employees are not visible in your schedule, and this article provides a troubleshooting guide specifically focused on employee visibility in schedules.
1- Conflicting filters
Most of the time, you don't see an employee because you have filters activated on the left-hand side of your scheduler.
So the first thing to validate if you have any active filters.
Additionally, ensure that your browser's zoom level is appropriately set, as improper zooming can sometimes mask filters or other elements in the interface.
📌 Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the list 😉Clearing all applied filters can often restore visibility to employees that are not appearing in the schedule.
For example, if I filter the position "Service" and try to find my employee David Fremont who only has the position "Cashier", I won't see him.
So I need to remove my position filter and he'll be visible.
Remember that Agendrix displays employees based on the branch you select. If you cannot see an employee, ensure that you are currently viewing the correct branch. Switch branches in the interface as needed to locate employees assigned to other branches.
You can validate the positions and locations assigned to your employees by going to their profile in the " Roles and positions" section.
2- Archived employee
Your employee may have been archived.
To validate, follow these steps:
Go to the ''HR'' tab in the main men
Select the ''Employees'' submenu
If you don't see the employee's name in the list, click on the “Archived” tab.
Click on the three small dots to the right of the name
Click on ''Reactivate'', if you wish to reactivate him/her.
3- Wrong week
When an employee is created in Agendrix, he will not be visible for the dates preceding his hiring date.
So if an employee has a hire date of April 15th, for example, he or she will not be visible in the week of April 7th to 13th.
All you have to do is select the right week, and the employee will be visible.
To validate your employee's hire date, go to their profile under the "Employment" section.
4- Don't post before this date
It can happen that we create a profile for an employee who hasn't started yet.
For example, my employee Alex officially starts on April 25th, but I want to create his schedule in advance.
If the employee was created with a start date in the future, it's possible that the option not to display him in the scheduler until that date is checked, which would explain why I don't see him in my schedule even for the week he's normally due to start.
Simply go to the "Employment " section of his profile and uncheck this option:
5- Employee hidden from scheduler
A setting allows you to hide employees from the scheduler. Make sure that this setting is not activated in your employee's profile under the " Settings" section.
6- Supervisors and managers
If you have validated all this information and still don't see the employee, go to the " HR " -> "Employees " tab and validate that you do see the employee in the list.
If this is not the case, you are not the location manager or position supervisor.
Contact an account administrator who can adjust permissions.
General Troubleshooting Summary
To prevent or resolve visibility issues:
Inspect browser settings, such as zoom levels, to ensure no parts of the interface are inadvertently hidden.
Reset filters to refresh visibility of all employees in schedules.
