What is it for?
Every employee has a default position that you predetermine when creating the employee.
You want to choose the position they will do most often because the default position will be the first selection in the following tools:
If the employee has more than one position, the default one will be selected initially.
Create a time entry (time and attendance)
Time bank adjustments (time and attendance)
Where can I modify it?
You can adjust an employee's primary position under the “Roles and Positions” tab of their profile. See the screenshot below!
